A ojo.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ralladura de un limón&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Harina 0000 250gr.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Glasé Real:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 clara de huevo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Azúcar Impalpable 250gr.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 Cucharadas de limón.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Colorante ,el color que quiera. ( en este caso rosa, que terminó en fucksia)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación de las Galletitas.:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prender horno en mediano.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mezlcar la manteca, el azúcar, el huevo ,la harina oooo, la ralladura de limón y la pizca del polvo para hornear.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Amasar hasta que tome consistencia, dejar enfriar y con los cortantes que se eligan, se les da la forma deseada (árbol, corazón, redondel, cuadrado, estrella o pueden crear, yo cree un vestido). Colocar en placa enmantecada y enharinada. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dejar de a 7 a 10 minutos. Sacar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparación del Glasé.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Colocar la clara en un recipiente, poner el colorante. Batir. Una vez que logró la consistencia ir agregando tipo lluvia el azúcar impalpable y luego las cucharadas de limón. /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Huevos 4&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Esencia de Vainilla 10 cc&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ralladura de 1 limon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Harina oooo 200gr&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Harina Leudante 200gr.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;a algo para poner los pirotines en el horno.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preparación:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Encender horno a 160°.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mezclar la manteca + azúcar + huevos + esencia de vainilla + ralladura de 1 limon.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Batir 2 minutos y añadir la leche alternando a)</title><content type='html'>Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg de paleta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cebollas medianas (cortalas bien chiquititas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 morron (cortarlo bien chiquitito)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cebollitas de verdeo (cortarlas bien chiquititas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 huevos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;aceitunas a gusto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Condimentos : comino, pimienta y pimenton.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cubito Knorr de Gallita.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pasos&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hervir 5 minutos la carne &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sacarla y cortarla en pedacitos chiquitos (que este semi cocida por fuera y cruda x dentro , NO HORRORIZARSE YA QUE TIENE 3 ETAPAS DE COCCION EN TOTAL) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Poner Aceite en una olla y rehogar las cebollas (NO LAS DE VERDEO) y el morron.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Condimentar + un cubito de Gallina.--&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Poner los pedacitos de carne 1o minutos.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Al final poner las cebollitas de verdeo, REVOLVER DOS O TRES VECES Y APAGAR EL FUEGO.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dejar enfriar, poner los huevo duro y las aceitunas bien cortaditas&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;( puede dejar reposar hasta el otro dia y salmon en una sarten con un poco de aceite de oliva, del lado de la carne obvio, la piel no nos interesa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pasarlo a una fuente para horno y completar el espacio libre con papas les termina de convencer del todo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;morron colorado (a gusto y segun los invitados)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;morron verde (idem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cebollas medianas (idem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;brotes de soja (idem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 pechugas de pollo(idem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;chauchas  (idem)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salsa de soja &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;solsa inglesa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un cubito de verduras.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;una porcion de fideos ( penne o tirabuzon) un puñado ya que acompaña nada mas,.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pasos&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;corte en juliana las cebollas y en tiras los morrones.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;corte en cubos las pechugas de pollo.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;hierva las chauchas aparte y dejelas separadas hasta el final.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;coloque en una cacerola (esto debe hacerle en el wok,pero como no tengo use cacerola), aceite a gusto,deje calentar y coloque las cebollas y los morrones.- &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;agregue cubito de verdura.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mas tarde (no muy tarde,un ratito nomas)agregue el pollo.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;y coloque, salsa de soja  y salsa inglesa a gusto.-(mas espcias que le guste) y deje cocinar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;por otro lado,hierva agua en otra cacerola, ponga un chorrito de aceite y sal,y ponga a hervir los fideos que haya elegido,manteniendolos separados hasta que el chop suey este hecho.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Una vez que todo este listo, coloque los fideos en la cacerola con el chop suey,agregue las chauchas (previamente hervidas) y los brotes de soja.-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;revuelva todo un poco.
